Smart-Girl Leadership Day Camp – 2012

Hey Girls! Have you ever wanted to be a part of a club, just for girls, where you can talk about any topic you want, explore through art, writing, and drama, and have lots of fun activities and discussions? Then Smart-Girl is the place for you!

Join us at summer camp where we participate in tons of cool activities and discussions about confidence, friends, challenges in middle school, preparing for high school, healthy relationships, problem solving, body-image, parents, and SO much more! It’s a place where you can be your awesome self while learning new skills and making new friends in the process.

Attention Parents! Smart-Girl is an activity-based program that empowers girls to become confident, capable, self-reliant young women who make healthy choices. In a small-group format, girls establish a safe environment in which they can learn and practice new skills while developing a greater sense of self. Smart-Girl guides girls to develop leadership ability, group and social skills, problem solving and critical thinking skills, self-worth, and social/emotional intelligence. Smart-Girl Leadership Summer Camp is a great opportunity for pre-teens and teens to meet other girls, have fun and talk about the issues teen girls face every day. Our camps are offer an inclusive experience for girls from diverse backgrounds in a welcoming environment.

Cost: $280/camper

Camp Times : Camp will be held all day from 9:00am-4:00pm

This summer we have added a week of camp just for 8th graders at Kent Denver School.

Camp Sessions
Camp will be offered at two locations this summer. We will be at Kent Denver Country Day School the week of June 25th and at the Denver Jewish Day School the rest of the summer. Please read the following carefully and check the session your daughter will be attending. All camps run from 9 am to 4 pm.

Release, Waiver and Assumption of Risk

My child, named above, has my permission to participate in the above named camp. I, the undersigned, am fully aware and understand the potential risk involved with my child's participation in camp activities with Smart-Girl, Inc. I acknowledge that I voluntarily allow my child to participate, in this program. I hereby agree to assume all risk of injury, damage to persons and property, or death, and to hold Smart-Girl, Inc., its officers, agents, volunteers or employees harmless from any liability for any injuries, or claim for damage, damage to goods, or death that may arise in connection with participation in this program. This Release, Waiver and Assumption of Risk also pertains to any actions of negligence (excepting gross negligence) by Smart-Girl, Inc. or it’s summer camp partners Summer Blast at the Denver Jewish Day School or Kent Denver Summer Program, their officers, agents, volunteers, or employees which may have caused or contributed to the injury, damage, or death. This Release, Waiver, and Assumption of Risk shall be binding upon my heirs and dependents as well as myself. I allow my child to participate freely and voluntarily in this activity and expressly assume all the risks of this program. *
